Learn Japanese - Good to know words !!
If you ever been to Japan you will realise, they're not the best at English, so I'm going to help you get there quickly with some Good to Know words, I will write them as they're pronounced in the best way I can.
Sumimase = It means "Exause me" and can be used for asking for people to move or wanting someones attantion.
Doomo = A casual "Thanks"
Arrigato = "Thank you"
Arrigato gozaimas(u) = "Thanks a lot"
Doomo arriagto gozaimas(u) = "Thank you very much"
Douitashimashite = "You're Welcome"
Konnishiwa = "Hello!"
Ohayo = "Good Morning"
Hai = "Yes"
Ei = "No"
Wakata = The best translation is probably: "I understand"
Nani = "What?"
Daijoubu (desu) ka? = "Are you alright?/Okay?"
Daijoubu des(u) = "I'm alright"
Kudasai = "Please" Goes together with something else, for example 'Kohi-o kudasai' "Coffe Please"
Onagai Shimas(u) = "I humbly make the request" or a more polity way to say please, also combined, for examlpe 'Mizu-o onegai shimaz(u)' "I humbly make the request to get some water please"
Suge/Sugoi - "Amazing" or "Awesome" "SUPER COOL" etc.
